What data we collect

When you make a booking we collect the data needed to manage your stay: first and last name, e-mail address, phone number, dates of stay, number of guests and any notes you provide. If you provide a payment card as a guarantee, the card is processed and stored exclusively by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd; this website never sees or stores your full card number.

Why we process it (legal basis)

Booking data is processed to perform the contract you request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and to comply with Italian legal obligations for accommodation providers, including guest notification to the authorities (Art. 6.1.c GDPR). We do not use your data for marketing and we do not sell it to third parties.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for the time required by tax and public-safety regulations, after which they are deleted.

Who processes it on our behalf

Hosting provider (technical infrastructure), Stripe (card guarantee) and our e-mail provider (booking confirmations). Each acts as data processor under GDPR.

Cookies

This website only uses technical cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work (for example, to keep your session while you book). It does not use profiling or advertising cookies, which is why no cookie consent banner is shown. If third-party services with non-technical cookies are added in the future, a consent banner will be introduced.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, deletion or portability of your data, or object to processing, by writing to navigli_apartments@libero.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali).
